Privacy Policy

This page explains what Create 2 Harvest ("C2H", "we") collects when you enroll, use the C2H Member OS, join the Discord community, or connect a third-party account (like YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) for content publishing — and what we do and don't do with it.

Last updated: September 2026

1. What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a limited amount generated by using the platform:

Account & enrollmentName, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth, Discord username, and your sponsor/referral relationship — collected during enrollment.
PaymentEnrollment and membership payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and payment status — we never see or store your full card number.
Platform activityCourse progress, quiz scores, campaign submissions, production records, and messages you send through Member OS features like support requests.

2. Connected third-party accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

If you choose to connect your own YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account through Member OS, we request permission (via that platform's own login screen — we never see or ask for your password) to publish content to that account on your behalf, for the specific purpose of posting clips you produce through C2H.

What we store

The access token (and, where the platform issues one, a refresh token) that proves you granted this permission, encrypted at rest. We also store the basic public identifier of the connected account (e.g. your channel name or username) so Member OS can show you which account is connected.

What we don't do

You can disconnect any platform at any time from Member OS. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored token — C2H loses the ability to post to that account from that point on. You can also revoke C2H's access directly from the platform's own settings (e.g. Google Account permissions, Meta Business settings, TikTok app permissions), which has the same effect.

3. How we use it

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform, and only the minimum needed for that service to function:

StripePayment processing for enrollment and membership.
DiscordCommunity platform and bot delivery — your Discord username/ID links your account to our Discord community.
Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram), TikTokOnly if you connect that account, and only to publish the specific clips you submit.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of C2H, our members, or others.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep account and production records for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Connected-platform tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect that platform or close your account. You can request full account deletion at any time — see Contact below.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for any connected third-party account at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below — we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Connected-account access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to member data is limited to what's needed to operate the platform. No online system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we treat account credentials and connected-platform tokens as sensitive by design.

Note: this policy describes C2H's current, actual data practices in plain language. It has not been drafted or reviewed by an attorney. If you have specific legal or compliance questions, consult your own counsel.
